1 package cream cheese
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 T. brown sugar
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips (or mini m&m’s)
Whip first three ingredients until fluffy. Gradually add in sugars, and then add chips. Refrigerate until hard — form into a ball using plastic wrap. Serve with graham crackers.
(Can also be served without refrigerating — use as a dip for strawberries)
