Curried Chicken Salad

Toss together:
1 lg. apple; peeled, cored and diced
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1.5 c. cooked chicken, chopped

Dressing:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 t. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t. curry powder

Mix and serve chilled.

Optional: Add sliced, roasted almonds and golden raisins. Serving suggestion: Serve on good white bread or toasted sourdough.
