Better Butter

1 lb real salted butter or 1 lb unsalted butter
2 cups olive oil

Let your butter get to room temperature and place in mixer (if you’re using a hand mixer then place it in a medium to large bowl). Whip the butter until it is fluffy. Drizzle 2 cups of olive oil into the butter as it is mixing. Once everything is mixed well it will be as thick as cake batter.

Pour into plastic container with a lid and place in the refrigerator over night. It will harden and spreads easily.
